Description
CEMS Leaders is a newly established initiative to develop leadership skills among future leaders and create a platform for them to share knowledge, experiences and perspectives. In addition, the project aims to promote the CEMS Club Warsaw organization and the international CEMS MIM program through inspiring meetings with former program participants and alumni of the organization. The event is intended to provide an opportunity for participants to network and learn practical skills such as communication, delegating tasks, motivating a team, conflict resolution and decision-making.

Components
- CEMS Leaders Conference
A conference consisting of various types of presentations, such as workshops, case studies and talks given by CEMS Club Warsaw alumni. The substantive part ends with a networking event, where participants have the opportunity to talk to speakers in a more casual atmosphere.
- CEMS Leaders Podcast
A podcast in the form of a series of interviews with experts covering leadership, career challenges and advice for those with less professional experience.
