Recruitment

Recruitment for our organization is conducted twice during the academic year, at the beginning of each semester. It comprises several stages.

First Stage

Short interview

The second stage is a short recruitment interview. We want to get to know you and your motivation for joining the organization.

Second Stage

Group assessment

The next stage is a group assessment center. Together with other candidates, you will complete a short case study.

Third Stage

Main interview

The last stage is the main recruitment interview, during which we will try to talk in-depth about your CEMS Club-related aspirations and introduce you to our organization.

President

Responsible for assuring the highest quality of every undertaking of CEMS Club Warsaw and making sure that the needs of all stakeholders of the organization are fulfilled.

Natalia Kubisiak

Vice-President & corporate partnerships

Ensuring high-quality relations between CEMS Club Warsaw and corporate partners of the organization. Constantly seeking opportunities for cooperation that will bring together great minds of CCW and best companies in the business.

Maria Jakubiec

CEMS MIM Affairs

Supporting CEMS MIM Programme at our university by coordinating cooperation with CEMS Office, organising all events for current MIM students (both social & with CP) and promoting the programme among SGH students and beyond.

Natalia Zaleśny

Project Supervisory

Responsible for assuring the highest quality of every undertaking of CEMS Club Warsaw and making sure that the needs of all stakeholders of the organization are fulfilled.

Julia Pacyga

Human resources

Taking care of human resources and development of CEMS Club Warsaw members. Being responsible for recruitment process, personal development and integration of CCW members.

Łukasz Kleniewski

Promotion

Promoting organization as a whole and overseeing promotional activities within initiatives held by CEMS Club Warsaw. Responsible for supervising consistency of visual identity.

Oliwia Zbiróg

finance

Managing the finances of CEMS Club Warsaw, including accounting and financial planning. Responsible for invoicing, settlements and budget oversight.

Mikołaj Rostkowski

IT

Administrating internal Information Systems as well as maintaining websites and conducting their development. Offering consultancy among technological fields of the projects organized by CEMS Club Warsaw.
