CEMS V4 Conference

A business forum bringing together universities from the Central European region.

Description

The V4 Conference is an annual student-led event hosted by the CEMS member schools of the Visegrad Group on a rotating basis: SGH in Warsaw, Corvinus Business School and Prague University of Economics and Business. Every year, participants have the opportunity to test their skills in solving case studies, gain new practical skills during skill seminars, talk to corporate partners in an informal environment during the Rotation Dinner and spend time with other MIM students during team-building events.

Main objectives

MIM students have the opportunity to earn 0.25 ECTS for each skill seminar conducted with companies, integration of MIM students from the Visegrad Group and across Europe.

Components

During the 3 days of the conference, skill seminars are held with corporate partners. It is possible to obtain 0.25 ects for each skill seminar.

Corporate partners invite conference participants to networking lunches/breakfasts, which take place immediately before or after their skill seminar.

Students were able to learn about career prospects and job opportunities with selected corporate partners at a formal dinner.

At the end of the conference, a gala event and banquet take place, during which the certificates of participation are handed out.
